Every detail is thoughtfully arranged before you arrive, creating a beautiful and intimate setting ready for you to enjoy.

Our standard picnic experience is reserved for 2 hours, allowing you time to relax, celebrate, and savor the moment. Additional time can be added to your reservation upon request.

You are welcome to bring your own food, or you may add one of our curated cold small-bite platters, desserts, or beverages to your package. We offer thoughtfully selected options designed to complement your experience.

If weather conditions make your picnic unsafe or unsuitable, your reservation will be rescheduled to a future date. We will work closely with you to find a new time that works best.

Because each picnic is custom designed and reserved exclusively for you, all bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request with advance notice.

No. Flo & Co. handles everything. Your picnic will be fully set up before you arrive and carefully packed away afterward. All you need to do is arrive and enjoy.

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.

To maintain the aesthetic, safety, and overall experience of our luxury picnic setups, we kindly ask that picnics remain adult-only gatherings and that pets are not brought to the event. Our décor includes delicate glassware, low tables, specialty linens, and styled details that can be easily damaged.

Each picnic reservation is scheduled for a 2-hour experience. Your picnic begins and ends at the time selected during booking. If you arrive late, your reservation will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. This ensures we can properly prepare for and accommodate all scheduled picnics. We recommend arriving on time to fully enjoy your experience.

By booking with Flo & Co, the client acknowledges and agrees to all services, policies, and terms outlined on the Flo & Co website. Submission of a booking and payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Reservation Time & Duration
All picnic reservations are scheduled for a fixed duration of two (2) hours unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The reservation begins and ends at the scheduled time selected at booking. Late arrival by the client does not extend the reservation period. Flo & Co reserves the right to begin breakdown promptly at the scheduled end time.Payment & Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of each picnic and advance preparation required, cancellations will not be refunded. Flo & Co may allow rescheduling at its sole discretion based on availability.Weather Policy
In the event of unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions, Flo & Co will reschedule the reservation to a mutually agreed-upon date. Weather-related rescheduling does not qualify for a refund.Food & Cleanup Responsibility
Clients are welcome to bring their own food and beverages. Flo & Co will remove all company-provided décor, equipment, and service items. However, the client is responsible for properly disposing of and cleaning up any outside food, beverages, packaging, or personal items brought to the picnic. Excessive mess or failure to remove outside items may result in an additional cleaning fee.Setup & Breakdown
Flo & Co will provide setup prior to the scheduled reservation time and return at the scheduled end time for breakdown. Clients agree to vacate the picnic area at the end of their reserved time.Client Responsibility & Conduct
The client is responsible for proper conduct of all guests and agrees to respect all rental equipment, décor, and property. The client agrees to return all provided items in the condition received, excluding normal use.Liability Waiver
Flo & Co is not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items, or damages that occur during the reservation. Clients assume all responsibility for themselves and their guests during the picnic experience.Acceptance of Terms
By completing a booking, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies, terms, and conditions outlined by Flo & Co, including those listed on the Flo & Co website.
